1. Who we are

Lapen Inns ("we", "us") operates restaurants and hospitality services across the United Kingdom and online at lapeninns.com. These Terms govern reservations, events, and digital experiences.

2. Reservations & cancellations

  • Card details may be required to secure reservations; charges apply only for late cancellations or no-shows as stated during booking.
  • Please advise dietary requirements and access needs at least 48 hours before your visit.
  • We reserve the right to release tables if guests are more than 15 minutes late without notice.

3. Events & private hire

  • Event confirmations require a signed agreement and deposit; balances are due on the timeline outlined in your proposal.
  • Guest counts and menus must be finalised a minimum of seven days prior to the event.
  • External suppliers must carry appropriate insurance and coordinate arrival with our events team.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, photography, menus, and brand assets belong to Lapen Inns. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission, other than saving information for personal reference.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits our liability for fraud or for injury caused by our negligence.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when policies or regulations change. Material updates will be shared via email or highlighted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
