- Confirming reservations, tailoring experiences, and following up after your visit.
- Sending newsletters or announcements when you opt in (never more than two per month).
- Responding to press, partnership, or careers enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records for accounting, legal compliance, and operational improvements.
Sharing & partners
- Trusted service providers assisting with booking platforms, secure payments, and email communications.
- Regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our guests and team.

Retention
- Reservation records are retained for up to six years to comply with UK hospitality regulations.
